How To Make Eco-Friendly Sponges

Apr 03, 2021 12:02 AM

I try to make my home more eco-friendly and teach my relatives to do it also. One idea is zero-waste reusable sponges for your kitchen that can become a good alternative to traditional throw-away sponges. You just need some small pieces of fabric that you already have at home and the desire to start. Let`s make our kitchens more eco-friendly.

Things you need:

  • Mesh fruit bag (or tulle fabric)
  • 2 pieces of 4 1/2-inch x 6-inch cotton fabric
  • 2 to 4 pieces of 4 1/2-inch x 6-inch cotton batting
  • Sharp scissors
  • Straight pins
